PLOT:: Johnny Knoxville, and his band of daredevil performers including Bam Margera, Ryan Dunn, Steve-O, Jason "Wee Man" Acuna, Chris Pontius, Preston Lacy, Dave England and others perform a variety of extreme stunts and other gags in this big screen version of the outrageous and masochistic MTV stunt show.

WILL KIDS WANT TO SEE IT?: If they're fans of the MTV show, they probably will.

WHY THE MPAA RATED IT: R: For dangerous, sometimes extremely crude stunts, language and nudity.

OUR WORD TO PARENTS:

Here's a quick look at the content found in this R-rated, comedic film. Profanity consists of at least 33 "f" words, while other expletives and colorful phrases are also present. The film is filled with a tremendous amount of stunts, gags and other behavior that kids may want to imitate (despite the film having a warning at the beginning and end saying not to replicate what's seen). They vary from goofy to rude, crude and even dangerous.

Various scenes show the men who are nude (mostly bare butts) and/or in revealing attire, while some sexually related material (including that related to sex dolls seen in various scenes) is also present. All sorts of crude and scatological-based behavior and humor are also present, and some of the stunts have bloody results.

Some of the stunts are violent in nature (to the purveyors and property), while there's also material where people purposefully hit or strike others for laughs. The actions of the men often show bad attitudes toward others, while they're occasionally seen drinking or holding beer.

For those concerned with bright flashing lights, full strobe effects take place during a stunt involving a roller disco set up inside the back of a truck.

ALCOHOL OR DRUG USE: As Johnny returns a damaged car to a rental agency, he lies about being drunk while driving it and when signing the rental agreement.
A guy says he could go for a Miller High Life (before competing in a kickboxing match).
The guys, dressed like Pandas, drink beer in a bar where others also drink.
Some of the guys have beer in front of them.
A guy drinks a beer in a swimming pool.

BLOOD/GORE: One of the guys purposefully doesn't use the bathroom (for number two) so that he can go into a hardware store and defecate in a floor model toilet (he doesn't make it the first time -- we hear farting sounds and then see excrement in his underwear that causes someone else to graphically vomit). He eventually does go and sit on such a toilet (where we hear farting sounds) and the camera then moves over to show his bowel movement in the toilet.
We see some blood and excrement in a guy's underwear after a stunt.
We see a bad bruise on Johnny's belly following a stunt.
Ryan has a kickboxing fight with a trained woman who proceeds to hit and kick him quite hard until he gives up (and has a bloody mouth and mouthpiece).
One of the guys snorts wasabi up his nose like cocaine (and then graphically vomits from doing so).
The guys purposefully allow others to give them paper cuts in the webbing of their toes and fingers, and one then does it in the corners of his mouth (where paper is held and then sliced through those areas). We see some of those slightly bloody cuts.
A cameraman vomits after seeing the above.
We see a dead animal floating in a canal of sorts.
We see blood on Johnny's head after a boxing match (from either a blow or falling in the department store). We later see a graphic close-up view of the bloody wound as it's being stitched together.
The guys drive down an incredibly bumpy and rough desert road while a tattoo artist attempts to put a smiley face tattoo on a guy's arm (we later see the bloody results).
One guy gathers up some snow to make a snow cone, graphically urinates on it, and then eats the yellow ice. Moments later, he graphically vomits into the snow.
One of the guys puts a toy car into a condom, lubes it up and then places it into his anus (we see this from the side and after he puts "anal lube" on it). We later see the removed condom (with car inside it) and there's some fecal matter on it.
We see urine dripping down from a guys' thong bottom.
We see some fake blood splatter onto a truck's windshield.

DISRESPECTFUL/BAD ATTITUDE: The guys pull stunts that are purposefully designed to irritate and annoy others.
Johnny goes and rents a car and then uses it in a demolition derby where it's severely damaged. He then returns it to the rental car agency and says that he's not responsible for the damage.
The guys drive golf carts into each other and through a miniature golf course (knocking down and breaking animal figures, and running over fences, etc.).
A certain performer occasionally removes all of his clothes -- except for a Speedo-type bathing suit -- and then dances around stores and annoys owners and patrons.
One of the guys purposefully doesn't use the bathroom (for number two) so that he can go into a hardware store and defecate in a toilet floor model. He does and the camera then moves over to show his bowel movement in the toilet.

FRIGHTENING SCENES: Steve-O attempts to do a high wire act above a pool of real and large alligators (while wearing just a jock strap). After falling in and then racing out, he puts raw meat into the back of the strap and then proceeds across the wire by hanging by all fours beneath it (thus allowing the gators the chance to jump up out of the water and snatch the meat). After some close calls, that then happens and he races out of the water (and nearly into another gator that's on the "shore").

The film is filled with all sorts of behavior that could be imitated by some kids (some would be easier to accomplish than other bits that would require outside assistance) and that everyone in the film thinks is hilarious. It includes:
As various performers ride down a hill in a huge, oversized grocery cart, one bangs Knoxville on the head and others punch or hit others. All sorts of bricks and other debris then fire out of cannons at them, knocking various performers to the street. The remaining ones then eventually crash at the bottom of the street and flip into something.
Johnny goes and rents a car and then uses it in a demolition derby where it's severely damaged (after spray painting a number on it side and roof). He then returns it to the rental car agency and says that he's not responsible for the damage.
Various characters lie on skateboards and zip down bowling alley lanes where they smash into the pins. Others throw and roll bowling balls at them while they do so and we see one bowl smash a guy in the crotch.
The guys take turns attaching "muscle stimulator" electrodes to various parts of their bodies (chest, face, testicles, etc.) and then reacting to the electrical shock.
The guys drive golf carts into each other and through a miniature golf course (knocking down and breaking animal figures, and running over fences, etc.). They then drive the carts over ramps with one resulting in a bad accident (landing on the side).
A guy goes into a store, says he feels like partying, and then removes all of his clothes except for a Speedo-like bathing suit and then dances around the store (we see his bare butt and the bulge in the front of the suit).
A guy tries to break a thick board (or something similar) with his head karate style, but ends up just banging his head quite hard on it.
The guys hold a baby alligator up to Johnny's bare chest where it clamps down on his nipple and won't let go.
Steve-O attempts to do a high wire act above a pool of real and large alligators (while wearing just a jock strap). The guys plant fireworks into a large metal trashcan in a parents' bedroom as the parents sleep. They then set them off in the middle of the night and then do the same to the father in his van the next morning.
The guys dress up like senior citizens (thanks to realistic, Hollywood makeup) and then do various stunts to try to shock people, such as falling face first onto a moving treadmill; one repeatedly and visibly trying to shoplift items in a convenience store; acting like one's struggling to lift a barbell with almost no weight on it and then falling backwards with it; and doing stunts on motorized scooters.
One of the guys purposefully doesn't use the bathroom (for number two) so that he can go into a hardware store and defecate in a toilet floor model. He does and the camera then moves over to show his bowel movement in the toilet.
Throughout the movie, various people approach others' heads with shaving shears and cut patches of hair from their heads in ambush moves.
A guy purposefully rolls his body over hundreds of mousetraps on the floor that snap at his body.
The guys try to execute a "bungee wedgie" stunt where they jump from a tree in underwear that's supposed to act like a bungee chord.
Johnny has a professional shoot him in the gut with a 40-gram bean bag that travels at 250 feet per second (he's wearing a bulletproof vest and one across his crotch). The bag hits him and he falls to the floor (we see the mark on his belly and later see a bad bruise there).
A guy purposefully blocks the down side of a moving escalator.
A guy has a kickboxing fight with a trained woman who proceeds to hit and kick him quite hard until he gives up (and has a bloody mouth).
The guy pole vault in all sorts of places and across or into all sorts of things (including into palm trees, onto a table that collapses beneath him and off a bridge way down into the water below).
A guy slams a shopping cart into a guy skim-boarding across the street.
The guys dress up in panda suits and then run through the city and wipe out while skateboarding, and they pile onto each other and knock over store displays.
Johnny has bottle rockets attached to his inline skates and they go off as he skates down a hill.
The guys set up a "roller disco" in the back of a delivery truck and skate around inside it. The driver then takes off and rapidly turns and stops the vehicle, thrashing about the skaters inside it.
One of the guys snorts wasabi up his nose like cocaine (and then graphically vomits from doing so).
The guys go down the streets of Tokyo and bang a large gong behind people to startle them.
A guy runs and jumps off a mini-trampoline up into a moving ceiling fan and crashes through it.
A guy has put a large and live alligator in his kitchen in an effort to get his mother to say the "f" word (he succeeds).
A guy tries to slide down a long handrail running down some steps and wipes out quite hard on the concrete at the bottom.

Various guys do bike and skateboard stunts on a large ramp.
The guy set up an impromptu boxing match in a department store complete with gloves, a round girl (carrying the round number around on a card) and someone with a boxing round ringer. Johnny and a boxer then box in the store.
While dressed like a knight complete with a lance, one of the guys races into a convenience store and knocks down another guy and various items.
Two of the guys hold sea cucumbers down to their crotches underwater and stroke them as if masturbating (the cucumbers' natural defense is to eject some sort of milky substance that then looks like semen in the context of what the guys are doing).
Two of the guys put shrimp down into oversized underwear and then go swimming with huge whale sharks (not the kind that attack people) so that these large creatures come after them (due to the smell).
The guys set up some sort of tidal wave apparatus that unleashes a tremendous amount of water that suddenly washes Johnny away.

The guys have attached a chain to a playground merry-go-round with a truck that then speeds off and sends the merry-go-round (with a person on it) rapidly spinning.

Finally, the two do that in conjunction so that one fires from the guy's butt while attached to the other guy's penis.
A guy drives a BMX that's attached to a seated man. As he goes over a ramp, it yanks the seated man across the ground and the driver lands in a patch of cacti.

Johnny and others repeatedly blow air horns just as golfers are in their downswing to hit the ball. They repeatedly do this (and one golfer throws his club at them and then another tees up a ball and tries to hit them with his drive).
We briefly see one of the guys dressed in a large animal costume and allowing an angry mountain lion to swat at its head.
The guys crash down through the ceiling at some jewelry place acting as if they're burglars.
One of the guys puts a toy car into a condom, lubes it up and then places it into his anus (we see this from the side). He then goes to the doctor to ask for an X-ray so that he can see the response of the medical staff when they look at that.
The guys use a makeshift catapult to shoot someone through the air.
