The following is a brief summary of the content found in this R-rated comedy. Profanity consists of at least 4 "f" words, while other expletives and colorful phrases are uttered and a song contains some sexually related lyrics. Sexually related dialogue (covering a wide variety of topics from intercourse to oral sex to gay-related material and more) is present, while sexual encounters are implied or heard, and most of the characters are involved in the sex business in one fashion (prostitution) or another (porn movie).
Nudity is present (male and female bare butts, female bare breasts) and other women are seen in revealing attire, while bulges are seen in men's pants and a running gag has a woman with a penis for a nose (under a veil that hides the occasional erection there). That results in a visual gag of a sneeze delivering semen onto various people's faces and one man unknowingly eating some after it falls into his soup. Other bits of crude humor are present (including a man holding another man's charred and severed penis, and various bits of scatological material), while various characters have varying degrees of bad attitudes, as does the film in making fun of people with physical abnormalities and psychological conditions or by playing off stereotypes.
One person kills gigolos off camera, dolphins attack senior citizens when driven crazy, people are tossed about, a brief swordfight and other fighting occurs, and various bits of slapstick material are present. Other potentially imitative behavior occurs, while a man misses his wife who was killed in a shark attack and carries about her prosthetic leg as if it's her. Various characters smoke or drink, while one scene features people doing various drugs (legally) in Amsterdam, resulting in one visualized drug trip. Other brief drug use and related comments are also present, and all of the above is played for goofy, silly and sophomoric humor.
