(A) Considering that it didn't originally have a huge production budget, the film's video transfer to DVD is quite good. Some compression-related pixelation occurs (most notably on solid colored walls) and a few film artifacts are present, but the picture is otherwise quite sharp and features vibrant colors.
AUDIO:
(B+) Despite being quite obviously dubbed into English (which gives it a sort of goofy charm), the sound ranges from good to great (such as a nightclub set scene with a deep thumping bass). The only real peculiarity is the song played during the closing credits that sounds funky on the English soundtrack, but is okay on the French one.

COMMENTS:
Always goofy, but also charming, Jackie Chan's films never fail to be fun to watch. Although this one isn't his best (in terms of plot or his action work), some of the physical stunts are amazing to behold and feature some great action choreography.
Make sure you watch the end credits -- that's where Chan's traditional out-takes and "wipe outs" occur (which are often more fun than the film itself and show just how dangerous stunt work can be). A "making of" featurette (if available) would have been a nice addition to this supplement- impaired release.
